COURT RULES
- High bid will be determined for each tract on day of sale (April 20th)
- After Auction date there will be a 10 day raise period. Potential bidders can raise bid with Mike Potter Scott County Special Master or raise with Auctioneer Jess Longmire (423-519-5263)
- If bid is raised on any tract a final sale will be announced in newspaper and held on Scott County Justice Center Steps
- All bids will be approved by the court
- Once bids are approved by court buyers have 30 days to close.
- All tracts are sold As-Is with a 10% Buyer's Premium.
Buyer's Premium -
10% will be added to your bid to determine final contract sales price.
10% Down Day of Sale -
High bidders day of auction must put down 10% of the contract sales price. (Example if you bid $100,000 10% buyers premium will be added so contract sales price is $110,000.) You would put down $10,000 either cash or check day of the auction to be held in escrow until sale is approved by the court.
