LENGTH OF AUCTION –
Online Auction will run through Saturday May 25th, 2024 through end of online auction date of June 7th, 2024 at 6pm.
AUCTION PICK-UP
Items must be picked up at pick up day and time listed. Pickup date will be Monday June 10th, from 3pm to 6pm. Please bring your own help to load items. If you cannot make the pickup date you must call LONGMIRE REALTY & AUCTION CO. (423-566-0471) to arrange new pick-up time.
AUCTION END TIMES:
LONGMIRE REALTY & AUCTION CO. Online Auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at specified time. LONGMIRE REALTY & AUCTION CO. Online Auctions also have an auto extend feature. Any bid placed in the final 5 minutes of an auction, the auction ending will be automatically extended 5 minutes from the time the bid was placed. Example: if an auction scheduled to close at 6:00 receives a bid at 5:59, the close time will automatically extend 6:04. The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 5 minute time frame.
